old aircon small kitchen
the air conditioning was NOT great. it seemed quite old. temperature regulation was manual. it struggled to cool the room effectively. also, the kitchen was small, I mean REALLY small. it lacked basic things like paper towels. the dishwasher did not clean dishes well either.

i stayed in the one-bedroom apartment 40m². it was super clean clean and had very comfortable mattresses. the bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet and shower which i found helpful.
the pillows were terrible i didn't sleep well. the tv was old i would have expected a smart tv. there was only one coffee for a three night stay that felt a bit mean.

The rooms are well appointed and include everything needed. I stayed here before and would certainly stay again. Apartments are in a very nice part of town.
The aircon was old. The manual temperature control made it difficult to cool the room. I had to call housekeeping multiple times and temperature adjustments seemed impossible.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. They answered my questions promptly and provided clear directions. Staff members were available at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Parking was available with a reservation. It was a bit narrow for larger cars. The elevators are present in the building. They provide quick access to all floors.

The apartment has a great location near the promenade. It also has good kitchen facilities. I found the apartment to be very clean. I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort it offered.
The shower water's temperature had fluctuations. The temperature moved between super hot and cold.

well-equipped room friendly staff accessible location short walk
I found the room to be well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were helpful and friendly . I appreciated that the location was close to many restaurants and the beach. The tram station was also a short walk, providing easy access from the airport.
